FAQ's

What does DiSC stand for and what exactly does it mean?

DiSC is a self-assessment tool based on four core personality traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Compliance (C).All of us are a blend of all four traits, but most individuals tend to show a strong inclination towards one or two of these attributes. By understanding yourself and your teammates’ DiSC styles, you can reduce conflict, build mutual respect and appreciation, and strategise together for success.

I focus on using Everything DiSC Workplace® in my practice. Using a personalised, 20-page profile, participants will learn more about their priorities, aptitudes, and the areas that might be more difficult for them. Combined with an extensive suite of follow-up tools, this approach offers everything your team needs to understand each other, improve internal and external relationships, and assess the overall workplace culture.

DiSC is about connecting to ourselves and each other to reintroduce the joy of discovery into our everyday lives.

How is the training delivered?

We provide interactive, engaging training sessions which can be delivered virtually, in person, or a combination of the two - whatever meets your needs.

In person sessions can be delivered on site at your premises or at the external venue of your choice throughout the East Midlands or West Midlands.

Online courses are delivered via Zoom or whichever video conferencing tool you prefer.

What’s it like to work with you?

We take a collaborative approach that centres your business and your needs? Because no two businesses are the same, we pride ourselves on listening with an open mind and providing bespoke training solutions to suit exactly what you need.

But instead of taking our word for it, here’s what some of our happy clients have had to say:

“We were made to feel like the course was written for us, I particularly liked that Michelle researched us as a company.”

“Good engagement workshop that provoked thoughts about myself and colleagues.”

“Very informative about the different categories and how behaviours can be relevant and adjusted, finding out which category I fit into.”

What if I am unsure of my business’s learning and development requirements?

Not a problem at all. Many clients come to us knowing that something needs to change and that they need support, but unsure exactly what that looks like. We take the time to get to know you and understand your requirements so that we can suggest the most appropriate training solutions to meet your needs.
