Meet Michelle

About Michelle

I’m a qualified learning and development practitioner, an accomplished business support professional, and a certified Everything DiSC® facilitator. I have delivered a wide array of training initiatives across the public, private, and third sectors throughout the UK.

My background involved working with various business support agencies assisting people who were starting out in self employment. I also worked for FedEx for 12 years, 10 years as a manager. I gained great satisfaction from supporting my team members, assisting with their career development, and watching them grow and thrive. This is where I discovered my passion for learning, training, and development, which ultimately led me to setting up my own business in 2013.

I have delivered training programmes to a variety of organisations within the Civil Service, including the Department of Work and Pensions, the Department of Transport, HMRC, and the Ministry of Defence. In the private sector, I have worked with digital marketing agencies, legal services, the Premier League, wine merchants, transportation companies and many more. I have also worked with various business support agencies throughout the Midlands.

Based in Nuneaton on the Warwickshire/Leicestershire border, I gained a BA in Business Administration from Coventry University. I also have a Certificate in Human Resources Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, am a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, and I volunteer as a Business Mentor with The Prince’s Trust.

When I’m not working, I’m likely to be found socialising, eating out, or spending time with my family. I also play netball and run a local club, and during lockdown I took up walking and cycling.
